Community Fees


Utility fees, including Water, Sewer, and Gas Utilities, may vary each month depending on usage and/or the square footage. These fees are subject to change at any time and may not apply to all residents.

Application Fee: $20.00 (Per Unit)
**We are billed $20 per application by our third-party screening agency to cover the screening cost for Credit Bureau report $4, National Civil Court Search $2, National Criminal Search $5.50, Rental History check $.50, and Supplemental County and statewide search $8.**

Holding Deposit: $150.00 (Per Household - Applied to Administrative Fee)

Administrative Fee: $300.00 (Per Household)

Security Deposit Range: $400.00 - $1,200.00 (Per Household)

Damage Waiver Program: $15.00 (Monthly)

Pet Deposit (Upfront): $300.00

Pet Rent: $35.00 (Monthly Per Unit)

Trash Fee - Door to Door Service Fee: $22.00 (Monthly)

Package Services Fee: $20.00 (Annually)

Technology Bundle Fee: $37.80 (Monthly)

Utility - Submeter/Rubs Billing Administrative Fee: $4.75

Transfer Fee: $750.00 (Must Qualify)

Late Fee: 5%
